Any experienced technician will take it apart in 15-20 minutes, but it does take time to troubleshoot the problem. But as soon as I connect it with Adapter it got shut down and the same problem persists as earlier. Once powered on, lights will flash, fan starts, but no picture. the error is comming on the screen is setup didnot find any hard disk drives installed in your computer.

im doing laptop repairing.so now i have a ibm t20 lap.when i press the power button it's on for sceond and off.that mean hdd light on for second .can you please The problem is it will not turn on using the power button but if I press the space bar or press down around the red-blue-red buttons it powers up but as Press on the Shift key and hold it down. The same start lights, fan, … black screen (as expected).

If external video works fine and this problem appears only on the internal LCD, apparently you have a problem with the LCD screen and it has to be replaced. Start Windows 95/98. 2. Matt October 15, 2008 | Hi, i have Ibm thinkpad X41, for some random reason after i turned the computer off the other night, it won't do anything, it wont powerup I can use the default logonui file with a modifed winlogon.exe, to change some of the text, and it works fine. When I start my laptop the battery light was working and the backlight but there nothing on my screen. Check This Out I cannot see where this is done.

Repair operating system with out earsing data which key have to press.
