Can I add an icon to my Taskbar or Systray? For me it does not happen every single time so it is pretty hard to "debug" this issue by turning off services or other things. If it says operation successful, go see if everything is now working ok. I spent hours online looking for ways to fix it and nothing helped. This bar also displays the Start button, time, Systray and, in later revisions, the Quick Launch. Hey Trista, thanks a bunch. I'm running Windows 7, and just today (not following any Windows updates, driver updates or any major changes), I cannot click on anything. If the issue disappears in the Clean Boot environment, you can continue to narrow down which entry is causing the issue. Mouse Moves But Doesn't Click Also, access Clean Boot to check the issue.

It was hardware related!You wouldnt beleive it :) The core of a problem was that anadditional "back" button of my external mouse was stuck!
