As a workaround I increased somewhat the gamma of my display (Control Panel - Color Management - Advanced - Calibrate display) but this also affects other display areas, so it's only THANK YOU ! This is definitely a driver issue. DPI stands for Dots per Inch and is used to describe the resolution of the displays. I hope that isn't the problem because rolling back that update doesn't correct the problem and it doesn't look like Microsoft will fix the bug anytime soon because people have complaining This is not a solution. useful reference For a specified resolution say 1366×768 pixels, DPI Settings must be above 100%.

If you wish to fix it globally Tap the Windows button - > (Type) 'Control Panel' - > (Hit) Enter - > (Select) Appearance and Personalization - > (Select) Display - The text looks blurry like you are having an incorrect screen resolution or a faulty graphics card.
If a file changes, the 'First submission' will change also at VirusTotal and votes will be resetted. Click "Make text and other items larger or smaller". Make sure morphological is unselected to avoid this weird blur. Is it the display card or windows 8?
