Actually when the Toshiba Speech System screensaver was on it would not stop talking and my daughter asked me to shut it up. Help from the masters would be great. All rights reserved. We have all of the sounds turned off in both outlook and sounds under control panel, yet this little ***ker keeps blabbing.
