When connected using VGA cable, disconnecting power cable is enough.In both cases the power button does not work. Nothing works until I unpluged the mains for both monitor and computer. Also my father had the same problem with this desktop at his pc. If you're going to replace them, don't forget to get a quality capasitor with low ESR for long life, rather than any random cheap one.
